                                          FRENCH  OMELETTE


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Eggs
  2. Ham york light
  3. Nuts
  4. Orange
  5. Lettuce
PROCESS:

  1.       The eggs are beaten
  2.   The pan is heated with a little oil
  3.       The eggs are value and the ham light is added, everything is poured into the pan
  4.       Put on the plate the nuts and lettuce
  5.       When the tortilla is ready, put it on top of the lettuce.

                               


























                              AND EAT
